Restoration Terms & Conditions
1. Assessment & Right to Stop Work
If, during inspection, a restoration appears too risky or unlikely to succeed, we reserve the right to stop work.
Any uncompleted portion of the service will be refunded.
2. Materials & Process
Original transfers are often no longer available, so we use the best modern vinyls available in the UK.
Custom name sets are produced using blockout vinyl to prevent dye bleed.
Some sponsors are recreated using black-backed DTF where required.
Glue and stain removal usually works well, but full removal cannot be guaranteed — faint traces may remain.
Some restorations involve the use of cleaning or adhesive-removal chemicals. Items are thoroughly washed after completion, but if you have known or severe skin sensitivities, please check before wearing.
3. Liability & Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging shipping to us. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit on the way to us.
Outgoing compensation for loss or damage is limited to the amount of cover purchased with your chosen shipping method.
4. Colour & Placement
Exact colour matches and sponsor placements are not guaranteed.
Minor variations or tolerances are considered acceptable within restoration work.
5. Stain Removal
Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Certain fabrics or age-related wear may only allow partial improvement.
6. Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates and only begin once your shirt has arrived with us.
Weekends and bank holidays are not included in the turnaround timeframe.
