Carriers
- UK: Royal Mail
- International: Royal Mail handed to local postal service
- No courier refunds for undelivered returns.

Delivery & Delays
- Delivery times outside our control once dispatched.
- We’ll assist with tracking but aren’t liable for delays.

Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout, non-refundable.
- If returned undelivered, shipping cost is not refunded.
