Refund policy

Standard Items (Shirts, Name Sets, Patches)
- 14 days from receipt to request a return.
- Must be unused, same condition, original packaging.
- Customer pays return postage unless our error.

Custom Prints & Restoration Work
- Non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
- If our error (wrong name, number, or design fault), we will correct or refund.

Application Instructions Disclaimer
Name sets, numbers, patches, and transfers come with application instructions which must be followed carefully. These are a guide only. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect application.

All applications must be done using a heat press. Use of a household iron is not suitable and will void any right to claim for faults/damage caused during application.

Process
1. Email commissions@ojsfootballshirtrestorations.com within 14 days.
2. We will confirm return instructions and provide the return address.
3. Refunds processed within a few business days after inspection.

Faulty/Incorrect Items
- Send photos to commissions@ojsfootballshirtrestorations.com
- If agreed, we will cover return postage or replace.

Important
- No unsolicited returns.
- Custom/restored items are exempt from Consumer Contracts cancellation rights.
