2. Orders
All orders subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown in GBP.

3. Custom Name Sets & Restorations
Custom name sets and restoration services are non-refundable unless faulty.
Once work begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Vintage fabrics carry some risk of failure; liability is limited.

Application Instructions
Application instructions provided with prints, patches, or name sets must be followed carefully. They are provided as a guide only. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly applied items where instructions have not been followed.

All items must be applied using a heat press. Do not attempt to apply with a household iron, as this will damage the product and/or garment.

4. Standard Goods
Returns accepted under our Returns Policy.

5. Payment
Taken securely via Shopify/PayPal. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Shipping
Dispatch in 3–5 working days. Once dispatched, delays are outside our control.

7. Liability
We are not liable for misuse, washing errors, or normal wear. Liability is capped at the order value.

8. Governing Law
English law applies. Disputes under the jurisdiction of England & Wales courts.
